Individual Therapy

Individual counselling offers a calm, confidential environment to explore what’s weighing on you. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, overwhelm, life transitions, or a sense of feeling stuck. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs to support resilience, clarity, and deeper self‑understanding. Together, we work at your pace to help you reconnect with your strengths and move toward a more grounded, empowered version of yourself.

Couples Counselling

Couples sessions create a steady, supportive space for partners to communicate openly, work through long‑standing patterns, and navigate conflict with greater clarity and compassion. Together, we focus on strengthening emotional safety, restoring intimacy, and building a resilient foundation for a healthier, more connected relationship.

COUNSELLING APPROACHES

How long are the sessions and what can I expect?

Our therapeutic sessions are a dedicated 50 minutes of calm, focused support, with extended sessions available upon discussion. Whether online or in person, Wendora Counselling involves building a strong therapeutic relationship, setting clear and collaborative goals, and working through them at a pace that feels right for you. Each session provides space for reflection, insight, and guided support grounded in professionalism and compassion. Please reach out for a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your needs. 

What are the session fees and cancellation policies?

The standard fee is $160 per session. To ensure care remains accessible for everyone, we ask for 48 hours' notice for cancellations. We also offer a sliding scale fee structure. Please feel free to enquire about this during our initial conversation and visit the Terms & Conditions Page.

Is my privacy protected and how do I book a time?

Your privacy is treated with the highest level of care and confidentiality.
